In its original, unused and undamaged condition
In its original packaging with all tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

How to Make a Return

Our team will send you the return instructions.
Pack the item carefully and send it to the address indicated.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days .
